Care Koch, Independent Intervention Professional, has a degree in Education with a specialty in Special Education.  After working in a group home and teaching Special Ed, she took a break to homeschool her children. After schooling her children, Care worked several positions at Lewis Clark State College including running a children’s fun, educational summer program called Kids’ College. Since leaving the college, she spent the last several years working with adults and children with disabilities.

Charlene Ricard, Independent Intervention Professional, with a Master of Arts in Exceptional Student Education Comprehensive – Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of West Florida and is the owner of Ability Interventions, LLC, a Developmental Disabilities Agency. She is experienced in behavior intervention and working with individuals with disabilities.
