Suzanne Wyatt Brown, President
Ethan Wyatt Brown, Superstar
Suzanne grew up in Lewiston, Idaho, attended Pacific Lutheran University, and graduated in 1999 with a business degree from Strayer University.
She worked as a bank teller, retail salesperson, bookkeeper, and spent 20 years with the Department of Justice in various positions; file manager, secretary, office manager, and as a Program Analyst. She traveled to many countries around the world, and developed a great appreciation for all the cultures she experienced.
Her life changed drastically in 2001 when Ethan was born. At three months old, Ethan was diagnosed with global developmental delays. Ethan required full-time care. In 2008, Suzanne moved with him from Leesburg, Virginia back to her hometown, Lewiston. Suzanne was able to fulfill her love of teaching by becoming a substitute teacher in Lewiston while Ethan attended school. Now, with Ethan out of school, she’s working on her BIG Dream! Ever since Ethan was born, Suzanne dreamed of having an all-inclusive place to gather with friends of all abilities.
Now is the time to make that dream a REALITY!
So, let’s get together and have some fun and add a little learning along the way!
What the FUTURE site will offer: Swings galore, zip lines, climbing walls, sensory room, walking/wheelchair track, open play area, private rooms, Universal Cage (therapist only), organized play, social integration programs, birthday rentals, tutoring, learning sessions such as STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math, and Music) and music & movement with Seniors. All adaptive if needed!!
We are currently looking for grants and donations to cover start-up costs.
“Our special needs son has graduated from school and is now showing aggressive behavior because he misses his school interactions. Having a sensory gym and learning center will open his world again and give him the friendships and interaction that we believe not having is frustrating him. Please open soon!”
“I am a Music and Movement leader for the elderly. I would love to join in your vision and bring my therapy to your center!”
“The LCV just does not have enough inclusive things to do. Our kids need this sensory gym and learning center.”
